Hey Beauties!!! real quick post today. Just wanted to share this adorable, ladylike outfit with a pop of red. I started off with a nude colored pussybow blouse and paired it with a red asymmetrical skirt. Love the versatility of both skirt and blouse these two pieces...not to mention the colors work well together. To bring this look together, I added  gold braided belt and black pumps. Hope ya'll enjoy!!

Hey Beauties!!!
New month YES...and one of the best months of the year. I'm soooo ready for fall, thanksgiving and then CHRISTMAS!...but apparently California is not. SMH. We're just now winding down into the mid 70s temperature...so for the next few days you'll see more summery outfits than fall. lol. I guess I should't complain...at least its not 100 degrees anymore. Anyways, Just wanted to say with elections coming up on Tuesday and the devastation of hurricane Sandy its going to be hectic for a couple of days. As some of you may know I do have family in New York, lots of family actually, praise the Lord they're all fine. Unfortunately, some of my relatives houses were flooded and damaged a bit. But what's most important is that everyone is safe. I will continue to keep everyone who was affected by this hurricane in my prayers. Have a wonderful weekend!!!

OUTFIT OF THE DAY:
I went to lunch with my family the other day to celebrate my uncle's B-DAY!! Since it was a little warm, I decided to wear a green white color-block dress with floral print. I added a cork wedges, a heart necklace (that I love form F21) and an off-white waterfall sweater.  Hope ya'll enjoy!!

Hey Beauties!!!

Oh WOW...what a crazy few months it has been. First off, I apologize for the lack of posts. It's just been sooo hectic around here. First off, I decided to attend a Christian retreat, that was close to a month, out in Alabama...it was enlightening. I loved it :-) Pictures later. I was very busy there, my schedule just wouldn't allow me to take pictures. Not to mention, I was out in the boonies  so my outfit posts would consist of t-shirts, sweats, jeans and sneakers lol.  Secondly, tragedy struck! Yes...my camera had and accident and unfortunately is not functioning, smh.. :'( ...yeaaah I don't even know, I'm just in awe at the moment. Currently, I hijacked my father's camera...which I don't like because it takes batteries...such a waste. But I have to make do with what I have. Until I find that special camera. Any suggestions?? (What's a good camera to take fab blog photos??)
hmmm....oh yeaaa its good to be back :-D

OUTFIT OF THE DAY: Today I ran some errands, wasn't out tooo long so I decided to look cute and comfortable. I wore a strapless gray jumpsuit with red strapped wedges. To match the color scheme I added a red heart necklace, floral bracelet and a red Lancaster shoulder bag. Hope ya'll enjoy!!

Hey Beauties!!!! Ahh It's MONDAY. Happy Labor day guyz. I hope everyone is having a glorious 3-day weekend. I would like to say sorry for the lack of post last month, lately I haven't been around much. Been traveling back and forth to San Diego to help my auntie...which I'm happy to say is doing great. Kidney is working well and she has a good prognosis. So praise God for that. :-)

So guys I heard some new apauling and must-share information this past weekend. I don't want to ruin the day, however this needs to be know. BBQ this long weekend dont carcoal because it produces carcinogens that cause cancer. It's equivalent to smoking half a pack of cigarettes. Craziness right?? 

OUTFIT OF THE DAY: Since California refuses to lower the temperature, I felt is neccessary to wear as little clothes as possible to go out today. LOL. Sported a striped bodycon skirt with a black tanktop and added t-straped sandals. Perfect for the day, granted I stayed in Air Conditioned area nevertheless still perfect!! Hope ya'll enjoy!!!

Hey Beauties!!!

Happy friday!!! I apologize for the late post   I'm so happy for today...I have wonderful news. My aunt, who has been suffering from kidney failure for 3 1/2 years, received a kidney today!!!! :-) She had her transplant this morning and is recovering in the ICU. Doctor says everything is going well now, we just play the waiting game and pray that she does not reject the kidney later on. I just want to say thank you to God, he is truly great. And I'm soooo happy and grateful that he answered my family's prayers. Please continue to pray for her speedy recovery!!! TY

OUTFIT OF THE DAY: This  outfit I wore last week on my way to VEGAS!!! It was extremely humid, reminded me of Florida weather. SMH Didn't like it at all, most of my days were spent inside casinos and well Air conditioned areas lol, but more on that later. I went out with a leopard print top, cuffed blue jeans and a fedora hat. Leopard print feels ultra-luxe especially when it's sheer and on light or dark print. To completed the look I added a gold colored heart necklace and cork wedges. Very comfortable but chic. Hope ya'll enjoy.

Happy Tuesday!! I hope all is well... Short post today...didn't do much but unpack, wash clothes and clean house lol..good day today. OUTFIT OF THE DAY: Well ladies it's official. I completed Jasifer's Big Fat Summer Challenge. So EXCITED!!!!! Save the best for last, some "short shorts" and a "Two piece bathing suit". 

 Perfect day to take a dip...in the Jacuzzi, cause thats where the warm water was lol. All in all, I had loads of fun completing this fashion challenge. I'm definitely participating in more in the future. Maybe even starting my own...stay tuned!!!

Hey Beauties!!!

Oh I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!! Mine was a lil crazy. Spent that last four days in VEGAS! Had lots of fun, even though I brought my camera I didn't take much pictures  lol. Weird. I guess I got caught up with all the hustle and bustle. Well it's almost the end of the month....on to August. I'm so ready for fall, because this heat wave is killing me. I can honestly say, the AC is my BFF at the moment. Happy Monday!

OUTFIT OF THE DAY: Alright ladies, almost done with  Jasifer's Big Fat Summer Challenge. And what a journey it has been. I have two left and I can't wait to post it. 

Today I chose to wear a "high waisted bottom" with a "crop top".  This look is chic and romantic, perfect for a date or another snappy-casual type of situation. This lace crop top looks great paired with high waisted harem pants. I added a floral bracelet and go-to pair of simple heels and finished with a snake skin clutch. Enjoy Beauties...Until Next time!
